What does a caller hear?
Your business's name, then plain questions about the job: what's wrong, where, and when suits them. On the demo it answers as Alder Ridge Tree Care or Gulf Lantern Moving, two made-up sample businesses.
What if it's an emergency?
For a tree service, a tree on a house or a downed power line is treated as urgent, and the caller is offered the soonest open slot. A caller with a power line down is told to stay back and call 911.
Can it book a time I'm not free?
No. It only offers times your calendar shows as open, and it holds only a time it offered on that call.
Will it give a caller a quote?
No. It never names a figure. It takes down the details, so you can quote.
Where do the bookings go?
Onto your calendar, through a calendar feed any calendar app can subscribe to. Every call also gets a card with what was said and what was booked.
What happens when I'm free to answer?
It can ring you first. If you pick up, it's your call as normal; if you don't, it answers.
What does it ask a moving customer?
Where from, where to, when, how big the move is, access such as stairs or a lift, and anything special like a piano. It holds a date, and the owner calls back with the firm quote.
Can I try it before I sign up?
Yes. Try the typed call: type what a caller would say and it answers the way it would on the phone.
Are the calls recorded?
Yes. Every call to a number we answer is recorded and answered by an AI, not a person. See the privacy page.
